At 19 and 21 years young, these mares have spent their post racing days raising the next generation of racehorses. Now, it’s their turn to be pampered.

These girls haven't been ridden since they retired from the track so we feel it's a bit late to start them in training as riding horses. We are looking to place them in a “Companion Only” situation. Looking for a "nanny mare" for young horses or a soothing presence for a nervous pasture mate? Either of these girls would be perfect. Cher is super sweet and loves treats and cuddles. Olivia is a little standoffish at the moment, but we are spend more time socializing her. We have been told that both stand quietly for the vet and farrier.
